About Barry
Barry is a Partner and the Head of HFW’s Global Investigations and White Collar team.
He advises corporations and individuals on white collar criminal and internal investigations, as well as compliance remediation, over the globe. His work is often cross border and his matters frequently involve non-UK law enforcement agencies.
Barry has acted in many of the most significant white collar matters and is recognised for securing the closure and resolution of criminal investigations without charge. He also has extensive experience managing adverse media interest and defamation issues, including securing the removal of defamatory content and defending defamation proceedings.
Barry is qualified in England and Wales.
