About Darryl
Darryl is an Associate in HFW’s Aerospace team based in Singapore, specialising on aerospace disputes and litigation. Darryl’s work involves him regularly advising airlines (both commercial and private), airports, ground handlers and their insurers/reinsurers on major losses, commercial disputes and claims (including cargo and personal injury claims) in the Asia Pacific region.
In his line of work, Darryl has helped with the handling of Nepal’s largest aviation disaster in over 30 years as well as Bhutan’s first fatal air accident. He also advises and defends airports and ground handlers in the region from third party liability claims. In addition, he has also advised an airport on the potential revocation of airport slots.
