About Anas
Anas is a Partner in HFW’s Shipping team in Kuwait, and the Middle East.
Anas specialises in dispute resolution in the Middle East. He handles a wide range of civil and commercial cases, with a particular focus on litigation in the firm’s key industry sectors, including shipping and logistics, commodities, insurance and construction.
Anas’ experience extends to representing local and international clients in banking disputes, and civil and commercial agency disputes. He also manages enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards, as well as criminal claims arising out of corporate fraud, breach of trust, casualties and work-related injuries.
Anas is qualified in Jordan.
