About Alistair

Alistair has been with the firm since 1989. Alistair specialises in infrastructure projects including mining projects, port and terminals, operations, development and general supply chain, as well as oil and gas projects (particularly FSOs, FPSOs, FSRUs and FLNG). He has worked on a number of infrastructure projects around the world particularly in Africa, South East Asia, China, India and Brazil including acquisitions and divestments as well as various JV and development projects. Alistair also advises on user and other commercial agreements associated with various infrastructure projects, including concessions and licences, operating and maintenance agreements, marketing agreements and management contracts. From his time in Singapore, Alistair worked on a number of mining, port and oil and gas projects throughout South East Asia and China. He also advises on construction contracts in the marine sector, acting for owners and shipyards including advising on construction contracts for rigs, FPSOs, FSRUs, FLNG and other offshore facilities and support vessels. Alistair acts for private investors, operators and contractors as well as a number of government entities.

Advising PE owned specialist supply chain operator in connection with West African iron ore mining operation including advising on underlying mining right, transportation (rail and sea) and supply chain logistics together with the development of the underlying supporting infrastructure.
