About Aileen
Aileen is a Partner in HFW’s Aerospace team, specialising in domestic and multi-jurisdictional claims across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Aileen advises on high-impact aviation and civil liability cases in more than 24 jurisdictions, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
Aileen’s expertise includes supporting small air carriers, government authorities, airports, military organisations, and their insurers and reinsurers. Aileen regularly provides training to organisations operating in the region on liability management, risk mitigation, and loss prevention; and in addition, advises on local legal frameworks and socio-political developments affecting business decisions in Latin America.
Aileen is a frequent contributor to industry publications and a speaker at major aviation events, including AIA, IATA, and ALTA.
