Aileen is one of the Partners in the Aerospace practice specialising in Latin American claims. She has been involved in multiple high profile claims arising out of major air accidents that have occurred over the past two decades within the LATAM region, including the 2006 GOL mid air collision, the 2008 Santa Barbara Airlines loss in Venezuela and the 2008 Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano loss in Bolivia. Aileen also has extensive experience in the handling of general aviation matters, including smaller fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft claims, and in providing direct legal assistance to small airline businesses, aeronautical authorities, airports and their respective insurers and reinsurers.
