About Aaron

Aaron has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters. Aaron also regularly advises on finance transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts including joint venture agreements, product supply arrangements and service agreements.

He has expertise in a diverse range of industries including energy and resources, commodities, shipping, financial services and insurance.

Aaron has acted for a number of foreign corporations investing into Australia and is well versed in the Foreign Investment Review Board approval process.
