About Johnson
Johnson is a disputes lawyer based in Singapore. He has experience in complex cross border disputes in Asia under the major arbitral institutions (for example, the SIAC, LCIA and ICC) as well as those relating to various trade associations (for example, GAFTA and the NDFTA).
Johnson has acted in quality disputes relating to the sale of marine fuel oil, disputes arising out of a mining services agreement and disputes concerning the sale and purchase of petroleum products as well as soft commodities. In addition to his experience in commodities disputes, Johnson has been involved in a wide spectrum of complex, high value disputes in the construction and infrastructure, oil and gas, fast-moving consumer goods spaces and investor-state claims.
Johnson is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore (2017 call) and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (2022 call).
