European Logistics and Supply Chain Sustainability Report 2022

HFW and Panattoni, in conjunction with Analytiqa,have published their first European Logistics and Supply Chain SustainabilityReport, assessing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies andactivities across Europe, focusing on logistics and supply chain operations.

The launch of the report comes at a time when theprofile of the supply chain sector has, arguably, never been higher, in partdue to the realisation of society’s reliance on logistics during the Covid-19pandemic. A number of trends are driving behavioural change in the sector andperformance improvements, not least the growth of eCommerce, widespread skillsshortages and the role of technology and digitalisation. Alongside these, theimportance and role of sustainability is a driving force and at the top of theagenda for boards in companies across most sectors.
