Following previous work in this area, both the PRA and the FCA have published consultations on diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the financial sector, including insurance. Although there is some time until implementation, it is important that insurers, and other financial services firms, are aware of the proposals and start considering what further steps will be required to comply now.
