Lydia is an associate in the employment team based in London.

Lydia’s practice focuses on advising employers across sectors on issues including terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies, and dismissals. Lydia has particular expertise in helping internationally headquartered businesses navigate UK employment law.

Lydia has experience in advising on the employment elements of corporate transactions. Lydia can advise on buyers’ and sellers’ obligations on the transfer of employees under TUPE on the sale of business assets, and on the employment aspects of shares sales including due diligence, employment related warranties and indemnities and non-compete restrictions.

Lydia also assists with employment litigation for both employers and senior individuals in the Employment Tribunal in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing.
