Leading international law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is delighted to announce the recruitment of Alexander Reid, who has joined the firm’s energy and resources practice in London as a Partner, effective 12 January 2015.
Alexander is a transactional lawyer specialising in the oil and gas sector. He has worked on a number of significant cross-border corporate and commercial transactions in the sector, including share and asset acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, public and private fundraisings, strategic investments, restructurings and reorganisations. Alexander also advises on project development and commercial contracts, as well as general company procedure, corporate law and governance. In addition to his oil and gas clients, Alexander also advises a range of technology companies, utilities and financial institutions.
