The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Bill 2022 in Australia received Royal Assent on 6 December 2022, introducing a number of significant changes to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (and other associated legislation) with respect to enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreements.
