About Frédéric

Frédéric is an Associate in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance team based in Paris. He specialises in insurance, liability and litigation with a focus on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes under French and German Law. His experience includes handling complex product-liability litigations, managing product recalls and advising on German Law in various insurance, product liability and construction disputes, including adjudication and arbitration. 

He has spent time in secondment for a major client of the firm and developed an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry, in particular in France and Germany.

Frédéric is dual qualified in France and Germany, he is native in French and German and speaks English fluently as well as Italian.
