About Anas

Anas specialises in dispute resolution in the Middle East. He handles a wide range of civil and commercial matters, with a particular focus on litigation in the firm’s key industry sectors, including shipping and logistics, commodities, insurance and construction.

Anas’ experience extends to representing local and international clients in banking disputes, and civil and commercial agency disputes. He also manages enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards, as well as criminal claims arising out of corporate fraud, breach of trust, casualties and work-related injuries.

Anas holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Jordan and then gained his Masters in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia, UK.

Prior to joining HFW, Anas worked at leading law firms in Jordan and the UAE.

Anas is qualified in Jordan.
