About James
James is an Associate in HFW’s Insurance and Reinsurance team. He advises on company, commercial and regulatory law, with a particular focus on the re/insurance industry.
His experience includes M&A, corporate governance, prudential and conduct regulation, intra-group arrangements (including simplification and company capital reorganisations) and re/insurance distribution agreements.
During James’ training he spent six months in the firm’s asset finance team, where he gained experience in acting for both financiers and borrowers across a range of lending arrangements.
James is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
