About Daniel
Daniel is an Associate in HFW’s BVI office, specialising in complex commercial and corporate litigation, with a focus on shareholder, fraud and insolvency related disputes.
He routinely works with global financial institutions, international corporations and public bodies throughout the world.
He is experienced in all major dispute resolution forums (including High Court litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation), as well as regulatory investigations.
Before joining HFW, Daniel worked at an international law firm in London and Hong Kong.
Daniel is dual-qualified in England and Wales and the BVI.
