About Theodore
Theodore is a senior associate in the Commodities team based in Singapore. Theodore has a broad commercial practice. He has advised clients in investor-state disputes, on complex shareholder agreements, construction & engineering, technology and finance industry disputes. He also advises on cross-border commercial fraud, investigation and insurance disputes.
Theodore is an advocate and solicitor of the Singapore Supreme Court. He also represents clients in arbitrations, including in the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).He regularly advises clients in China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the South-East Asia region.
Theodore is fluent in English and Mandarin.
