About Sara
Sara Abhari is an Associate in HFW’s Corporate and Commodities team in Geneva. She advises on, commercial transactions, international sanctions, export controls and broader regulatory matters, M&A, and has experience across a wide range of commodities, shipping and international trade issues.
Sara has assisted a variety of clients in the energy, metals and soft commodities sectors, in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including arbitrations conducted under, among others, the ICC and LCIA Rules.
Before joining HFW, Sara worked in the legal team of an artificial intelligence company based in Zug, Switzerland.
Sara is qualified in England & Wales and Ontario, Canada. She is fluent in English and German.
