Rhyley specialises in aviation dispute resolution, insurance, regulatory and commercial matters, both contentious (UK, UAE, DIFC and ADGM courts and international arbitration) and non-contentious.
Rhyley has extensive experience in supporting airlines, operators and general aviation owners, flying clubs and operators in aviation and transport related liability claims as well as international trade and multimodal transport, contract and carriage by air liability claims.
He also advises on insurance coverage issues across various policy types and has assisted governmental departments, airlines, aircraft owners, operators and service providers (including those relating to the emerging drones, eVTOL and Advanced Air Mobility market) on regulatory issues affecting them.
Rhyley’s practice also includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating aviation commercial contracts on behalf of airport operators, developers, investors and concessionaires, airlines, aircraft owners and operators.
