About Rebekah

Rebekah is an Associate in HFW’s Shipping team based in London, specialising in international commercial disputes.

She has significant experience dealing with complex marine casualties (e.g. groundings, collisions, fires, stow collapses etc) and dry shipping cases, including claims arising from charterparties, bills of lading and sale contracts.

The majority of Rebekah’s work involves multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on the Japanese market.

Rebekah has spent time in HFW’s Abu Dhabi office and was also seconded for 6 months to an IG P&I Club.

Rebekah is qualified in England and Wales.
