He advises banks, financial institutions, export credit agencies, and corporate borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong track record in multi-jurisdictional deals and sovereign debt financings, particularly in Africa, Europe, Middle-East and South America.
Paolo is admitted to the bars of Rome, England & Wales, and Paris, and he is fluent in Italian, French, and English.Â
