Olivier specialises in international commercial litigation and arbitration, focusing mainly on dispute resolution arising in insurance/reinsurance (coverage, property, professional indemnity, brokers’ liability, subrogated claims in particular) and industrial risk (manufacturers’ and operators’ liability).
