About Nicole
Nicole is an Associate sitting in the Commodities department of HFW’s London office. Prior to joining the London office, Nicole was based in the Hong Kong office.
Nicole’s commodities practice covers contentious (disputes) and non-contentious (transactional and regulatory) matters concerning transportation, trading, storage and financing of commodities such as metals, oil and grain. Nicole acts for international banks and commodities traders in both litigation and arbitration proceedings. Her experience extends to international trade, banking, fraud and general commercial disputes.
Nicole is dual-qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales. She is also a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
