About Nicola
Nicola is a member of the knowledge management team at HFW with particular responsibility for dispute resolution. She focuses on the provision of knowhow support to the contentious practice groups, and their clients. She is also involved in several firmwide knowledge management and legal training projects. Her particular areas of interest include privilege, costs and funding, and the use of legal tech in disputes.
She is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Funding Committee, and Brexit Group, and of the LSLA, and Supreme Court Users Committee
Nicola qualified in England and Wales in 1999, and prior to working in knowledge management was a disputes fee earner with a cross border litigation and international arbitration practice.
