About Miranda

Miranda is an associate in the London Shipping Litigation team. She has acted for owners, charterers, P&I Clubs and commodity traders in disputes arising from charterparties, COAs, bills of lading, shipbuilding contracts, fires, collisions and groundings. The majority of Miranda’s work involves multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration. Miranda has also assisted on the advisory side, drafting and amending contract terms including charterparties, sale and purchase agreements, shipbuilding contracts and financing agreements.

During her training, Miranda undertook a six-month international secondment to the firm’s Hong Kong office, where she was involved in a range of contentious general commercial, commodities and shipping matters.

Miranda is qualified in England and Wales.
