About Mark

Mark is a Legal Director in the Aerospace team and is based in the London office. He has specialised in aviation law since qualifying in 2008.

Mark’s practice covers a broad range of aviation-related work, both contentious and non-contentious. He advises domestic and international operators, products manufacturers, airports and tour operators on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, including commercial agreements, licensing arrangements and operational approvals, air passenger rights and safety regulation. On the contentious side, Mark advises on a wide range of matters in both the civil and military sectors, including commercial disputes within the aviation sector and fatal accident/injury and property damage claims arising from aviation accidents.
