About Malcolm
Malcolm is a partner in our Construction group in Hong Kong. He specialises in dispute resolution and construction procurement and has over 25 years’ experience advising on major arbitration and litigation proceedings for multinational corporations, government clients, developers, contractors, and consultants across Asia.
Malcolm’s experience covers a broad range of commercial contentious work in arbitration and court litigation, including complex commercial contract disputes and large-scale construction and engineering disputes involving commercial and residential building, mining, transport, and manufacturing and power plant projects.
He has represented clients in international arbitration proceedings in China, Dubai, Hong Kong, France, Singapore, Switzerland, and the US.
Malcolm has been recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific as a leading individual in Construction, Hong Kong, every year since 2012. He is also ranked in the 2024 Chambers Greater China Guide for Construction.
