About Loren
Loren Harper is a senior associate based in our Perth office who provides full spectrum support to clients on commercial, contractual, operational and regulatory issues across the energy sector in Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.
She advises a wide variety of clients on strategic asset and share acquisition transactions, including due diligence, drafting of sale documentation and provides advice in relation to complex project structuring and joint venture arrangements (midstream and upstream). With experience in environmental and regulatory compliance, she assists clients to navigate these matters across the lifecycle of renewable (including wind and waste-to-energy), mining (including hard rock), LNG and natural gas projects within the region.
She has significant experience in marketing and sales transactions including the drafting of LNG, natural gas, oil and condensate sales arrangements (both short-term and long-term, as well as ‘master’ agreements), and advises on midstream transactions involving transportation, chartering, multi-party tolling and terminal use arrangements and establishment of LNG and regasification terminals in the Asia-Pacific region.
