Jacqueline’s day-to-day expertise includes advising upon a wide range of complex coverage issues and defending liability claims across various business lines including professional liability, property damage, business interruption, marine and energy.

She has a particular focus in defending professional services firms, including auditors, accountants and financial consultants.

She also has industry specific expertise for example in handling ship-building, charter party and cargo disputes.

Jacqueline spent five years working as an international commercial disputes lawyer in the UAE, specifically handling disputes in the insurance and shipping sectors. She has represented clients in all stages of the litigation process in the GCC region, including Dubai & UAE Courts, the DIFC Courts, KSA Dispute Committees and the BCDR in Bahrain. She has also represented clients in international arbitrations proceedings.

Jacqueline is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
