Henry Stockley

About Henry

Henry is an associate in the Shipping Litigation team in Piraeus.

Prior to legal qualification, Henry worked at a publicly listed shipbrokers in the City of London, before joining a well-respected shipowner with a diversified fleet of tankers and bulk carriers.

Since 2018, Henry has worked in leading international law firms and has broad experience in a variety of complex admiralty cases involving total losses, fire and explosions, war and conflict zones, groundings and collisions.  Furthermore, Henry regularly advises on contentious and non-contentious work relating to ship sale and purchase agreements, shipbuilding and repair contracts, shipmangement contracts, and disputes arising under charterparties and bills of lading.  

As well as cross-border litigation matters, Henry regularly handles cases in international arbitration.   

Henry is qualified in England and Wales.
