Frazer is an Associate (English-qualified solicitor) in HFW’s Commodities team based in London.

Frazer’s commodities expertise primarily covers contentious (disputes) and non-contentious (transactional and advisory) cases relating to the trading, transportation, storage and financing of commodities including energy commodities, metals, agri, and carbon credits. For example, Frazer advises frequently on LMAA, GAFTA, and ad hoc commodities arbitrations and physical commodity sale and purchase transactions.

Frazer is also experienced in commercial dispute resolution more widely, and advises clients within and beyond the commodities sector on international arbitration and litigation in the English courts. Frazer has completed rotations in HFW’s commodities and shipping teams at the firm’s London, Paris and Monaco offices. Frazer has worked in both English and French, and also speaks some Spanish.
