About Francesco
Francesco is a Partner in HFW’s Aerospace team, based in the Riyadh office.
His expertise covers a broad range of aviation-related contentious and non-contentious work, with a primary focus on liability, regulatory and commercial cases. He regularly acts for airlines, GA operators, airports, ground handlers and other aviation stakeholders, as well as their aviation insurers. He has been involved in several high-profile and multi-jurisdictional cases, including major aviation losses in the Middle East and Africa.
Francesco has been based in the Middle East for over a decade. Prior to joining HFW, he served as legal counsel in a major airline based in the region, where he led the regulatory and litigation function.
Francesco is qualified as an “Avvocato” in Italy and as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
