About Anne-Marie
Anne-Marie is a Partner in HFW’s Global Investigations and White Collar Defence team.
She has extensive experience in economic crime related matters, having previously served for over a decade at the UK’s Serious Fraud Office and was Specialist Advisor to the House of Lords Select Committee on the UK Bribery Act.
She advises clients across all sectors on cross-border internal investigations and regulatory and law enforcement matters involving fraud, bribery, corruption, insider dealing, market abuse, and money laundering.
Anne-Marie has acted for corporates, individuals, and witnesses in high-stakes investigations, often securing closure of criminal inquiries before charge. She also advises on post-investigation remediation and compliance.
Anne-Marie is qualified in England and Wales.
