About Amber
Amber is an Associate in HFW’s Commodities team, based in Melbourne. She advises clients on complex commercial disputes and insolvency litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
Amber has experience acting in a diverse range of contentious matters, from Corporations Act and regulatory disputes to insolvency, property, and general commercial claims. She manages matters at every stage, from interlocutory applications through to trials and appeals.
Prior to joining HFW, Amber gained extensive court exposure, regularly appearing in courts and tribunals and assisting on complex, multi-party litigation. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
