About Abdulmohsen
Abdulmohsen is an Associate in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation team, based in Riyadh.
Abdulmohsen specialises in disputes and has worked on several complex cases including insurance, corporate, capital markets, individuals, and major estates cases. He has represented clients in the courts of the Ministry of Justice, the Board of Grievances, the Insurance Disputes Committee, and the judicial and quasi-judicial committees.
Abdulmohsen also has experience in regulatory projects, IPOs, M&As and legal consultancy.
He started his career at the Capital Market Authority in the Legal Studies Department of the General Secretariat of Committees for Resolution of Securities Disputes in which he prepared a number of the committee’s draft resolutions on JSCs, individuals and investment funds.
Abdulmohsen subsequently gained professional experience at highly ranked international and local law firms, where he was part of teams working on a range of organisational and structural projects for government agencies and major companies. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
