He advises domestic and international airlines, insurers, and aerospace companies. His expertise spans aviation disasters, product liability, aviation insurance, personal injury, cargo and passenger claims, as well as general aviation and travel law. He also advises road transport and logistics companies on litigation, contract drafting, audits, and regulatory matters.
Jean-Baptiste frequently advises French and International clients regarding the drafting of specialised contracts (GTCs, SLAs, bespoke agreements).
