She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, Chinese outbound investment to Australia, foreign direct investment to China, join venture, corporate finance, restructuring, general corporate and commercial matters, and regulatory compliance issues. Lili's cross-cultural exposure, deep understanding of both Australia and China legal regime and commercial practice, and language abilities have enabled her to bring unique value in navigating and supporting Chinese clients' investment and operation in Australia and also Australia-based clients in doing business with Chinese companies.

Lili has advised many companies, including several Chinese major state-owned enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, in sectors of mining and resources, energy, infrastructure, agribusiness, food production, restaurant chain, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and manufacturing.
