Jason Marett named as Green Ambassador in Legal Business’ Green Ambassadors: Europe 2026

HFW Partner Jason Marett has been named a Green Ambassador in Legal Business’ Green Ambassadors: Europe 2026 – a series recognising lawyers leading the legal sector’s contribution to sustainability and the green transition.

Jason is a Partner in HFW’s Geneva-based Commodities team, specialising in trade finance and advising commodity traders, producers, funds, banks, and financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions in the commodities markets. He is also one of HFW’s sustainability ambassadors and serves as the firm’s representative to Sustainable Finance Geneva.

Legal Business described Jason as “a leading authority on sustainable finance within the commodities space”, highlighting his work advising on green and sustainability-linked loans, responsible sourcing initiatives and impact investment matters.

Jason has been named in Legal Business’ Green Ambassadors: Europe list for the second consecutive year and is one of just seven lawyers recognised in Switzerland in 2026.

The publication also recognised his industry thought leadership and broader sustainability engagement.
