Xavier Roger, from HFW’s London office, will take part in ‘Isles of Wonder’, filmmaker Danny Boyle’s opening ceremony for the London 2012 Olympics.

With £27million spent, 10,000 people taking part, scenes from rolling countryside to the industrial revolution, not to mention some of the biggest names from stage and screen, as well as some sheep, chickens and geese, the Opening Ceremony is expected to be watched by almost 4 billion people globally.

Great secrecy surrounds the ceremony and Xavier has been very tight-lipped about his role. It is expected though to be a memorable event to rival any previous Games’ opening ceremony, inspired as it is by William Shakespeare’s play, ‘The Tempest’.
