International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to expand its fraud & insolvency practice with the recruitment of David Harby who has joined the firm’s London office as Senior Associate effective 9 May 2016.
David specialises in high value and complex corporate and commercial litigation and advocacy. He has significant experience of cross-border corporate insolvency and restructuring, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, trust litigation and fraud and asset tracing. He has previously practised at the independent Bar in England and Wales, and subsequently in the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. David is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and a mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
