Furong Ren is a senior associate of HFW's Shanghai office. She focuses her practice on capital markets, foreign direct investment, outbound direct investment, supply chain, M&A, real estate and general corporate matters. She has provided legal services to clients in various industries including cover glass, real estate, energy, automotive, manufacturing, internet, e-commerce, private equity, logistics, life sciences and shipbuilding.

Furong is experienced in advising Chinese companies on IPOs in Hong Kong, Singapore, the EU and Russia. Furong also has substantial experience in all aspects of PRC-related real estate transactions and has advised clients on numerous large-scale real estate development, construction, property sale, leasing and management, financing and disposal, energy and infrastructure projects. Previously, she practiced with several leading Chinese and international law firms.
