Edward specialises in complex and high-value multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration involving international trade, commodities and finance, from initial advice to successful enforcement.

Edward’s commercial litigation practice includes contentious insolvency and fraud with a particular emphasis on complex high-value commercial disputes in the international trade and investment spaces.  He regularly appears as an advocate before the Hong Kong Courts, and is qualified in England & Wales, Hong Kong, and the British Virgin Islands.

Edward’s arbitration experience includes acting for market-leading traders, financial institutions and related service providers under all the major institutional regimes (including the HKIAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and LMMA rulebooks) in jurisdictions across Asia and Europe.  He also advises clients on asset tracing, preservation and enforcement.

Edward has been based in Asia since 2014. Before joining HFW, Edward gained a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Durham and worked as a project manager for a Fortune Global 150 multinational in the United Kingdom, France and Holland.

Edward自2014年以来一直驻扎在亚洲。在加入HFW之前，Edward获得了杜伦大学的工程硕士学位，并在财富全球150强的跨国公司担任项目经理，工作地点包括英国、法国和荷兰。
