Edward Beeley is based in the Hong Kong office and is also BVI qualified.
Edward's experience includes acting for market-leading traders, financial institutions and related service providers under the HKIAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and LMMA regimes in jurisdictions across Asia and Europe, and in the English and Hong Kong Courts. He also advises clients on fraud and asset tracing, asset preservation and enforcement.
Edward has been based in Asia since 2014. Before joining HFW in 2012, Edward gained a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Durham and worked as a project manager for a Fortune Global 150 multinational in the United Kingdom, France and Holland.
Edward is qualified in England & Wales, Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands.
