About Adam
Adam is an Associate in HFW’s Commodities team, based in Melbourne. He has experience in complex commercial disputes, including cross-border and insolvency matters, as well as high-value tax disputes. Adam has particular experience in enforcement proceedings, civil appeals and disputes involving complex technical issues.
Adam combines strong written and oral advocacy with practical case management. He has made more than 100 court appearances and works closely with clients, counsel and experts to progress complex matters efficiently.
Before joining HFW, Adam worked at the Australian Government Solicitor and the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Victoria. He also contributed to the Commonwealth’s representation before a Royal Commission. Adam is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and has experience communicating with clients in Mandarin and working with Chinese-language legal documents.
