About Jackie

Jacqueline is an Associate in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance team. Jacqueline advises on international commercial disputes, with a particular focus on insurance/reinsurance coverage and liability disputes. She has acted for policyholders, brokers and insurers across across various business lines including professional liability, property damage, business interruption, financial lines, marine (H&M, war risks, cargo),and energy. The disputes are typically complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes heard before the English High Court. She also has wide range of experience in ADR, including mediation and arbitration.

Prior to joining HFW, Jacqueline spent five years working as an international commercial disputes lawyer in the UAE handling disputes in the insurance/reinsurance and shipping sectors.

Jacqueline is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
