About Angie
Angie is a Partner in HFW’s Shipping team in the Hong Kong office and she commutes between our Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
Angie has a broad non-contentious expertise covering all corporate and banking matters and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, ship sale and purchase and other general commercial cases. She also advises listed companies on regulatory / compliance work and has a wealth of experience in cross border transactions including business acquisitions and setting up joint ventures.
Angie is qualified in Hong Kong as well as England and Wales. She is a qualified China-Appointed Attesting Officer and has passed the PRC National Judicial Examination (now known as PRC National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination).
Angie speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
