About Alistair

Alistair Feeney is a Partner in the Commodities team. 

He specialises in disputes involving crude oil, petroleum products, LNG, offshore projects, shipbuilding, and ship/yacht sale and purchase and charters. He advises energy and trading companies, offshore contractors, and ship/yacht builders, designers, owners, and charterers.

Alistair has acted in proceedings before the High Court and Court of Appeal in London, and in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, SIAC, NAI, LMAA, and ad hoc arbitration. Recent reported cases include Winch Design v. Le Souef; BP Oil International v. Glencore Energy UK Limited; Salt Ship Design v. Prysmian Powerlink; and Septo Trading v. Tintrade.

Alistair joined HFW in 2000 and is qualified in England and Wales.
