Angie is a partner in our shipping team in the Hong Kong office and she commutes between our Hong Kong and Shanghai office.

Angie has a broad non-contentious practice covering all corporate and banking matters and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, ship sale and purchase and other general commercial matters. She also advises listed companies on regulatory / compliance matters and has a wealth of experience in cross border transactions including business acquisitions and setting up joint ventures.

Angie graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Social Sciences degree and a Law degree. After getting her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the same university, she joined HFW.

Angie is qualified in Hong Kong as well as England and Wales. She is a qualified China-Appointed Attesting Officer and has passed the PRC National Judicial Examination (now known as PRC National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination).

Angie speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

她还为上市公司提供合规等各方面的法律服务，并在跨境并购项目方面经验丰富，包括建立合资、并购公司等。

卢律师经常往返与上海香港两地，因此她在区域内拥有大量的客户群。由于卢律师可在三种语言环境（英语、粤语及普通话）中自由转换，使得她可以同时本地与海外客户在谈判、商业合同的起草和尽职调查方面提供协助。

卢律师是香港与英国执业律师，并已通过中国国家司法考试获得中国认可的公证人资格。她也是一位活跃的香港律师协会会员。

卢律师毕业于香港大学，拥有社会学及法学学位。
