About Yolande
Yolande is a Swiss-qualified attorney and senior associate in HFW’s Aerospace team, based in Geneva. She specialises in international arbitration and litigation before Swiss courts, with a focus on the aerospace and private insurance sectors. She also advises clients from these industries on non-contentious matters. She further has extensive experience in enforcement and debt collection proceedings, including asset attachments.
Before joining HFW, Yolande practiced for seven years with a leading Swiss boutique law firm in Geneva. Prior to that, she worked as an associate to a renowned Swiss arbitrator and interned with the Secretariat of the ICC Court of Arbitration in Paris.
Yolande’s working languages are French and English, while also being conversant in German and Dutch.
