About Vincent
Vincent is an Associate in HFW’s Aerospace team in Paris. He specialises in dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial litigation, transportation, logistics and insurance (including major catastrophes, personal injury, cargo and passenger claims, civil and product liability, etc.). He is also involved in the drafting and review of contractual documents, and has experience handling regulatory and compliance matters, particularly related to travel package regulations, consumer law and GDPR aspects.
Prior to joining HFW, Vincent worked in the mediation department of the French national railway company and for several law firms specialised in litigation and business law.
He is a member of the Paris Bar and of the French Society of Air and Space Law (SFDAS).
