Tony is a corporate and finance lawyer specialising in asset finance transactions and general and corporate matters ranging from ship finance, ship sale-and-leaseback, general finance, shipbuilding transactions, sale and purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Tony has experience with a wide range of finance, corporate and commercial matters. He has advised multinational banks and major leasing houses on a range of financing and commercial matters (such as syndicated and bilateral loan transactions (with or without asset-backed), ship financings as well as sale and purchase transactions). In addition, he has advised traditional ship/yacht owners on a range of corporate and commercial matters.

Tony frequently works with international clients and supports businesses with operations across the globe.
